Field Professional – Associate L&P

About the role

Halliburton is seeking motivated individuals who want to innovate, achieve, grow and lead within the global energy industry. As an entry‑level Field Professional you will support Open Hole logging services at customer sites, gaining hands‑on experience under the guidance of seasoned frontline leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and execution of Open Hole logging services on‑site, following Halliburton Method Statements (HMS).
• Check and verify equipment before and after logging operations to ensure proper functionality.
• Develop familiarity with Surface System and Open Hole tools through field work and mentorship.
• Promote and ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) and Service Quality (SQ) standards, practices and guidelines.

Required profile

• Completion of an undergraduate degree in Engineering, Science or a related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work under direct supervision, follow safety procedures and learn operational processes quickly.

Required skills

• Open Hole logging techniques.
• Use of Surface System tools for field operations.
