Clinician Promotion Specialist

About the role

Roche is seeking a Clinician Promotion Specialist to drive product usage among health professionals in Azerbaijan. You will engage clinicians, gather feedback, and support market growth through targeted promotional activities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct product promotions for clinicians and distributors, focusing on cardiologists, endocrinologists, psychiatrists, and neurologists.
• Collect and evaluate feedback on products and communicate insights to internal departments.
• Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly visit plans based on defined frequencies.
• Deliver approved content to clinicians to increase product consumption.
• Perform stock control at distributors and monitor product circulation.
• Participate in congresses and symposiums.
• Conduct sector and competitor analysis, reporting market developments regularly.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in medicine, biology, chemistry or related field.
• 1-2 years experience as a medical representative.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Intermediate English and fluent Azerbaijani and Russian.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
