Business Support Specialist

About the role

Join Baker Hughes' Subsea Projects & Services team as a Business Support Specialist. You will provide commercial and administrative assistance, acting as a key liaison between customers, internal teams, and third‑party partners.

Key responsibilities

• Provide inputs and full support for commercial reviews.
• Manage the full quotation cycle and prepare associated commercial models.
• Follow global Baker Hughes commercial procedures and policies.
• Prepare invoice support documentation and consolidate billing packs into PDF format.
• Submit invoices via Ariba and process them through Prokon and PIT systems.
• Handle third‑party requests, prepare documentation, and complete workflows using DocuSign.
• Arrange signing of service tickets in DocuSign and review SOWAR documents.
• Deliver general office and administrative assistance.
• Identify flaws in processes, suggest improvements, and contribute to data gathering and analysis using the 1C system.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in commercial or AP accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent in Azerbaijani and English; Russian is a plus.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Excel.
• Experience with 1C and SAP is advantageous.
