Automated Subsea Pig Launcher Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Automated Subsea Pig Launcher Lead to drive the delivery of a major offshore oil & gas project in Baku, Azerbaijan. The role will involve leading the ASPL package, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring successful installation and operation of pigging systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, engineering and delivery of the Automated Subsea Pig Launcher (ASPL) package.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors and multidisciplinary interfaces throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee technical risk assessments, QA/QC processes and project deliverables.
• Coordinate installation activities, ROV operations and offshore commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with subsea engineering standards and project specifications.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in subsea/offshore oil & gas projects.
• Strong background in subsea engineering, project engineering or package delivery.
• Proven experience with subsea structures, pigging systems, pipelines, manifolds, trees or subsea controls.
• Demonstrated design leadership, contractor management and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Fluent English is mandatory; Caspian Sea and TE experience is a plus.
