Assistant Manager for GCC & Europe department

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to support our GCC & Europe department. The role involves coordinating travel services, maintaining sales documentation, and building strong relationships with partners.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange hotel, transport, guide and related services requested by partners.
• Maintain sales reports, invoices, vouchers and other documentation.
• Support and develop relationships with partners, ensuring accurate and timely service delivery.
• Promote ready‑made travel packages to existing partners and expand the client database through sales calls and mailings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in tourism or a related field.
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in English; Russian is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication, quick learning ability, logical thinking, dedication, multitasking and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of Azerbaijan geography.
• Preferably at least one year of experience in the travel industry or sales.
