About the role

The Internal Audit Department of PAŞA Life Insurance is seeking a senior auditor to execute annual, subsequent and special audit projects in line with the approved audit plan and the Audit Committee’s directives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑complexity audit procedures to identify control deficiencies and report findings promptly to the project manager.
• Support the project manager in preparing audit reports and work programs, including data collection, interviews, and analysis of business processes.
• Prepare written documentation of analyses and interviews conducted during field work.
• Monitor the implementation of corrective action plans devised by senior management to address identified gaps.
• Assist in drafting summary reports for the Internal Audit Department and contribute to work‑time allocation reporting (Retain management).
• Collaborate with business process owners to gather necessary information and ensure audit objectives are met.
