About the role

We are seeking experienced Captains to command Airbus A320 family aircraft for an international airline expanding its operations in Baku, Azerbaijan. The role offers a structured, safety‑driven environment with opportunities for long‑term progression and fleet growth.

Key responsibilities

• Command Airbus A320 family aircraft on scheduled flights.
• Maintain the highest safety standards and comply with all regulatory requirements.
• Lead and coordinate the flight crew, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.

Required profile

• Valid ATPL and valid A320 family type rating (A318/A319/A320/A321).
• Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate and ICAO English Level 4 or higher.
• Completed command course acceptable to the authority.
• Minimum 3,500 total flight hours, including at least 1,500 hours as Commander.
• At least 200 hours as Commander within the last 12–18 months.
