Accounts Receivable Clerk

About the role

The Accounts Receivable Clerk supports the Credit Manager in maintaining accurate financial records for guest and travel‑agent accounts at Four Seasons Hotel Baku. This position ensures timely processing of statements, inquiries, and payments to uphold the hotel’s high standards of service and financial integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Print, prepare, and mail statements for outstanding guest/credit‑card accounts at least twice per week.
• Respond to guest and credit‑card inquiries, preparing adjustments when necessary.
• Prepare and maintain complete, accurate, and organized records for all outstanding accounts as directed by the Credit Manager.
• Review, verify, and audit travel‑agent payments to ensure correctness.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests, credit‑card providers, and travel agents.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
