Account Management Lead – Azerbaijan

About the role

Wolt is looking for an Account Management Lead to own restaurant performance across Azerbaijan. You will drive growth, strengthen partnerships with key restaurant partners and ensure your team delivers measurable commercial impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Key Account Managers, setting targets and holding them accountable.
• Take full responsibility for country‑level restaurant performance, including growth, retention and partner success metrics.
• Drive revenue by supporting the team in closing and negotiating strategic restaurant partnerships.
• Guide the team in building long‑term relationships to identify expansion opportunities.
• Monitor and improve venue performance through data analysis, regular reviews and quality checks.
• Collaborate with Marketing to plan and execute impactful partner campaigns.
• Analyse the local market, spot growth opportunities and risks, and translate competitor insights into actions.
• Establish and optimise account‑management processes and best practices.

Required profile

• Solid experience in key account management or a similar commercial role.
• Proven senior‑level people leadership, preferably overseeing a restaurant/commercial team at country level.
• Strong negotiator capable of guiding complex deals.
• Analytical and structured, comfortable using dashboards and spreadsheets.
• Excellent relationship builder who works across Marketing, Operations and Support.
• Fluent in English; Azerbaijani is a plus.
