Product & Funnel Optimisation Manager – CIS

About the role

As a Product & Funnel Optimisation Manager you will own the local user journey across Binance’s suite of products, driving activation, conversion and retention. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, CRM, Design and Marketing teams to continuously improve the experience for users in the CIS region.

Key responsibilities

• Own and configure the local product experience across all Binance products.
• Identify and resolve friction points in onboarding, verification, deposits, trading, Earn and other funnels.
• Configure market‑specific content, banners, landing pages and user‑facing assets using internal tools.
• Manage localisation, translations and language quality for all product touchpoints.
• Build and maintain dashboards and tracking frameworks to monitor funnel health.
• Analyse user behaviour and product data to surface optimisation opportunities.
• Design, launch and evaluate A/B tests in partnership with product teams.
• Collect feedback from local users and represent market needs to global product teams.
• Support rollout of new features and ensure high‑quality execution.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in product operations, growth, analytics or CRO.
• Background with digital products, mobile apps, fintech, crypto or SaaS.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret user behaviour data.
• Native Russian speaker with excellent English communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive ownership attitude and strong cross‑functional collaboration.
