About the role

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Retail Services and Consumer Credit team in Ganja. The role involves processing credit applications, handling account and deposit operations, and delivering a range of banking services to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Accept and process credit orders.
• Provide detailed information on credit products and terms to clients.
• Formalize credit agreements and maintain related documentation.
• Open and close bank accounts for individuals.
• Execute money transfers and manage account transactions.
• Process deposit product applications.
• Carry out fund transfers via fast payment systems.
• Deliver all types of banking services to individuals in line with current legislation.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• 1–3 years of experience in banking or finance.
• Practical experience in retail banking and consumer credit.
• Good knowledge of credit processing, account management, deposits and other banking services.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Word.
• Strong mathematical and analytical thinking.
• Customer‑oriented attitude.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
