Mandarin Chinese Teacher – Full-time, Baku

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Mandarin Chinese Teacher to join our language centre in Baku. The successful candidate will design and deliver engaging Mandarin lessons for learners of varying proficiency levels, using appropriate methodologies and materials. This role involves lesson planning, classroom instruction, assessment, and continuous professional development.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver lesson plans tailored to different proficiency levels.
• Conduct classroom instruction focusing on listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
• Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate academic records and reports.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and educational events.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities.

Required profile

• Degree in Education, Linguistics, Chinese Language or a related field (preferred).
• Proficiency in Mandarin at native or near‑native level.
• Strong classroom management and communication abilities.
• Experience teaching diverse age groups and familiarity with modern teaching technologies (advantage).
