About the role
The Lead Expert of the Field Monitoring Department will conduct regular monitoring of micro, corporate and SME credit portfolios, perform financial analysis and control visits, and identify risk‑oriented information that could threaten loan repayments.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out periodic monitoring of credit portfolios and ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.
- Analyze financial data, supervise loan usage by borrowers, and control the quality of the credit portfolio.
- Gather risk‑related information that may endanger loan repayments and report potential risks and deficiencies to management.
- Provide recommendations for changes in internal rules and procedures when necessary.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
- 2–3 years of experience in credit risk monitoring or related banking functions.
- Fluent Azerbaijani, intermediate Russian and English.
Required skills
- SQL (desired).
- Microsoft Office.
