About the role

The Lead Expert in the Credit Risk Assessment department supports the bank’s internal reporting and risk management processes. You will provide data to authorized personnel, propose measures to identify, measure and mitigate credit risk, and ensure compliance with Central Bank and IFRS requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver departmental reports and required data in line with the bank’s internal regulations.
• Propose and participate in actions to identify, measure and minimise credit risks.
• Assist in drafting, updating and amending the bank’s credit risk management procedures.
• Contribute to the development of risk‑focused proposals for credit product procedures and terms.
• Ensure the creation and monitoring of asset provisions according to Central Bank directives and IFRS standards.
• Coordinate and execute stress‑testing activities.

Required profile

• Strong determination and responsibility.
• High level of discipline and organizational skills.
• Excellent command of Azerbaijani language.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• SQL query and data manipulation skills.
