About the role

The Lead Specialist in Card Products and Services Development will join Rabitəbank's card division, contributing to the design, launch and continuous improvement of card offerings. The role offers the chance to work on innovative payment solutions within one of Azerbaijan's leading banks.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in projects for creating and launching new card products and services.
• Support card‑business development initiatives and monitor their progress.
• Collaborate with payment‑system processing centres and internal departments.
• Configure, test and verify proper functioning of card products and services.
• Monitor card operations, detect errors and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare reports, analytical data and technical documentation.
• Assist in implementing new functionalities and enhancing existing processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in card business or card‑product environments.
• Understanding of bank card, processing and payment‑system principles.
• Experience with international payment systems and processing centres.
• Proficiency in preparing reports and handling large data sets.
• Fluent in Azerbaijani and English; Russian is a plus.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
