The specialist will work in the Equipping section of the Card Operations Department, ensuring the smooth functioning of card‑related hardware and services.

Key responsibilities

• Register and report material resources such as POS terminals, embossers, and their spare parts and consumables.
• Prepare equipping network reports and present them to the department head.
• Monitor the operational status of POS terminals, embossers and printers.
• Personalise card and PIN envelopes.
• Install POS terminals at merchant locations.
• Maintain and support the partner database for POS terminals.
• Provide installation, service and preventive maintenance for POS terminals and embossers.
• Offer technical advice and support to bank branches, merchants and partners.
• Conduct training for merchants and branch staff on card and POS terminal usage.
