About the role

The Motion Graphics Specialist will create dynamic visual content for social media, advertising and other communication channels. Working closely with the design and marketing teams, the specialist will bring creative concepts to life through animation and video production.

Key responsibilities

• Produce motion graphics and animations for social media, advertising and other communication channels.
• Develop creative concepts for video and visual content and animate them.
• Utilise 2D, 3D animation, transitions and other motion‑design elements.
• Create motion designs that follow existing brand guidelines.
• Generate short video formats such as Reels and Stories for digital platforms.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure visual quality and brand consistency.
• Monitor trends in motion design and video formats and propose new ideas.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Design, Fine Arts or a related field.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in Motion Design or Graphic Design.
• Proficiency with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong 2D animation and video editing skills.
• Good visual taste, creative thinking and basic knowledge of composition, colour and typography.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
