About the role

This 3‑month full‑time internship supports the Internal Control Department of a bank. The trainee will assist in verifying that credit operations comply with internal rules and procedures, gaining practical experience in banking audit processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support the verification of loan compliance with the bank’s internal regulations.
• Participate in checking credit documents and other banking operation records.
• Assist in ensuring correct application of conditions for micro‑credits.
• Take part in inspections based on predefined criteria.
• Help systematize audit results and prepare summary reports.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a university program or in the final year of study.
• Education in finance, economics, business, mathematics or a related field is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities.
• Attention to detail and a responsible attitude.
