UI/UX üzrə Baş Dizayner

About the role

We are looking for a senior UI/UX Designer to lead the creation of user‑centered digital experiences. Working closely with the product owner and design lead, you will translate business requirements into intuitive, high‑quality designs.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owner and design lead to produce UX/UI designs aligned with business goals and user needs.
• Analyze business requirements and turn them into design solutions backed by data.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative UX research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability studies.
• Validate product usability through hypothesis testing, usability testing, A/B testing, and other experimental methods.
• Create Customer Journey Maps, User Flows, Mind Maps, Information Architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Work with and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency across products.
• Maintain design quality within Agile and other development processes.
• Provide developers with precise design assets and ensure technical feasibility.
• Perform UX audits on existing products, analyze performance, and propose improvement plans.
• Stay up‑to‑date with new design trends and technologies, proposing innovative solutions to the team.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Higher education degree.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
• Fluent communication skills in Azerbaijani and English (Russian is a plus).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe XD.
• Experience working with design systems and component libraries.
• Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Hands‑on experience in user research, data analytics, and both quantitative and qualitative studies.
• Ability to create prototypes and wireframes.
• Conducting usability testing and A/B testing.
