Senior Key Account Manager – Enterprise Accounts

About the role

Wolt is looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to lead growth for its most iconic enterprise brands in Azerbaijan. Based in Baku, you will act as the strategic architect of commercial success, combining data‑driven insights with creative partnership approaches.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Azerbaijan’s largest enterprise accounts, managing relationships across central decision‑makers, regional managers and local venues.
• Design and execute multi‑quarter growth roadmaps, moving beyond reactive fixes to achieve long‑term scaling.
• Lead commercial negotiations in collaboration with senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Orchestrate complex, multi‑solution plans that integrate the full suite of Wolt products (Wolt+, Ads, Drive, Storefront) to meet partner KPIs.
• Plan and run advanced promotional campaigns, using data analysis to optimise partner performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of partner plans and feed field insights into product roadmaps.
• Identify and pursue unconventional opportunities that drive sustainable impact, even when they fall outside standard playbooks.
