About the role

We are looking for a senior UI/UX Designer to lead the creation of user‑centered digital experiences. Working closely with the product owner and design lead, you will translate business requirements into intuitive, high‑quality designs.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owner and design lead to produce UX/UI designs that meet business goals and user needs.
• Analyze business requirements and turn them into design solutions backed by data.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative UX research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Validate product usability through hypothesis testing, A/B tests, and other experimental methods.
• Create Customer Journey Maps, User Flows, Mind Maps, Information Architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Work closely with the digital product team, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Analyze user feedback and behavior, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Support the creation and maintenance of scalable design systems and enforce design standards.
• Adhere to Agile and other development processes, delivering designs efficiently.
• Provide developers with precise design assets and ensure technical feasibility.
• Perform UX audits on existing products and develop improvement plans.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging design trends and propose innovative solutions.

Required profile

• University degree.
• 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
• Fluent communication in Azerbaijani and English.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to mentor and support junior team members.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
• Experience building and using design systems and component libraries.
• Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Hands‑on experience with user research, quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• High‑level prototyping and wireframing abilities.
• Usability testing and A/B testing execution.
• Familiarity with motion design tools such as After Effects and Principle (optional).
