Business Analyst

About the role

The Process Automation and Digitalisation Department of Rabitəbank is hiring a Business Analyst to support the development of internet banking and mobile banking applications for corporate clients. The role involves analysing business and system requirements for new functionalities and improving existing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyse and document business requirements.
• Investigate and propose optimisation of business processes.
• Prepare technical specifications for frontend and backend teams.
• Define functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Identify and describe integration requirements (APIs, external systems, internal services).
• Collaborate closely with business representatives, product owners, designers, developers and testers.
• Participate in testing and acceptance of new functionalities.
• Maintain project documentation and keep it up to date.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a business or system analyst.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Experience with REST API, Swagger and Postman.
• Proficiency in business process modelling (BPMN).
• Ability to create technical documentation and user stories.
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Banking experience is a plus, especially in corporate banking products and digital channels.
