About the role

Join Four Seasons in Baku as a Bar Attendant, delivering premium beverage service in a luxury hotel environment. You will work independently in a fast‑paced setting, ensuring guests receive exceptional experiences at the bar.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service according to Four Seasons standards.
• Prepare and serve wines, spirits, and mixed drinks following established recipes.
• Maintain knowledge of beverage origins, taste profiles, and preparation methods.
• Manage inventory counts, log voids and spillage, and ensure accurate stock levels.
• Cut and prepare fruits and other garnishments for drinks.
• Communicate clearly with team members and guests.

• Clear communicator who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for delivering luxury hospitality experiences.

Required skills

• Mixology – preparation of wines, spirits, and cocktails.
• Wine and spirits knowledge, including origins and tasting notes.
• Inventory management and accurate record‑keeping.
• Fruit preparation and garnish creation.
