POSM & Trade Equipment Coordinator

About the role

The POSM & Trade Equipment Coordinator is responsible for planning, allocating and managing point‑of‑sale materials (POSM) and trade equipment in line with commercial priorities. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Procurement and external suppliers, the role ensures that all materials are correctly distributed, visible and used across stores and channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and allocate POSM and trade equipment according to commercial goals.
• Ensure proper distribution, visibility and usage across stores and channels.
• Track POSM stock and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Manage the full lifecycle of trade equipment from request to write‑off.
• Collaborate with the Procurement team on sourcing, vendor management and cost optimisation.
• Support procurement processes, including supplier selection, bidding and contract alignment.
• Lead annual POSM inventory and regular stock audits.
• Work with Sales and Marketing to support campaigns and in‑store execution.
• Monitor performance and effectiveness of POSM investments.
• Conduct market audits to ensure compliance with visibility standards.
• Control POSM budget and optimise spending efficiency.
• Identify and implement improvements in POSM processes and execution.

Required profile

• Higher education, preferably in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in trade marketing, sales operations, procurement or inventory management.
• Strong planning, analytical and organisational abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across Sales, Marketing, Procurement and suppliers.
• English and Russian proficiency at B1+ level.
