About the role

We are looking for a Merchandiser who will take full responsibility for the merchandising activities of the Yves Rocher brand in our retail stores. The role involves planning, implementing and monitoring visual and product placement to maximise sales and maintain brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver monthly merchandising materials to stores on time and ensure full implementation within the first four days of each month.
• Update store windows and visual displays according to the new monthly merchandising plan.
• Identify products with less than 12 months to expiry, propose sales actions and execute them.
• Develop creative merchandising concepts for slow‑moving items with less than six months to expiry.
• Monitor stock levels, product assortment and shelf compliance, reporting any discrepancies to the store manager or regional manager.
• Prepare and implement visual communication for all ongoing promotions and discounts.
• Maintain the condition and availability of printed materials, sets and accessories in the store and warehouse.
• Report merchandising issues via official email to the regional and branch managers and keep accurate records of orders, adjustments and missing items.
• Participate in brand training sessions and stay up‑to‑date on product ranges.
• Support new store openings and closures by handling logo placement, inventory of brand assets and logistics of furniture and accessories.

Required profile

• Female candidates only.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a merchandiser in retail, preferably in cosmetics or similar fast‑moving consumer goods.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with numbers.
• Practical experience in stock, price and sales management.
• Fluent communication in Azerbaijani and Russian.
• Ability to work on a rotating shift schedule (6/1).
