Go to Market Expert / Product Owner (Remote – Baku)

About the role

Spark AI is seeking a Go‑to‑Market Expert/Product Owner to shape the launch and growth of its AI‑driven solutions. This full‑time, remote position is based in Baku and will work closely with product, engineering, sales and marketing teams to align product roadmaps with market needs.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute go‑to‑market strategies, including segmentation, positioning, pricing and launch plans.
• Gather and analyse business and user requirements, translate them into product specifications, user stories and a prioritized backlog.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to shape product roadmaps and ensure feature alignment with customer needs.
• Monitor product performance, track key metrics, collect feedback and iterate on both product and GTM tactics.
• Prepare sales enablement materials, support client demos and contribute to thought‑leadership content on AI solutions.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and assess market opportunities.
• Proven experience in product management and business analysis, including roadmap ownership and requirement gathering.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Familiarity with agile software development processes.
• Experience in go‑to‑market planning and execution.
• Understanding of AI, data‑driven products or SaaS solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
