Farsi to English Interpreter

About the role

LanguageBees is seeking a full‑time remote Farsi to English Interpreter to deliver real‑time, accurate, and culturally appropriate interpretation in a virtual call‑center environment. The role supports medical, legal, and general business conversations, ensuring clear communication between Farsi‑speaking callers and English‑speaking agents.

Key responsibilities

• Listen to inbound calls and convey information faithfully without additions or omissions.
• Interpret consecutively and accurately across medical, legal, and business contexts.
• Maintain confidentiality, neutrality, and professional ethics at all times.
• Prepare for calls by reviewing relevant terminology and documentation.
• Document session details as required and collaborate with supervisors to improve service quality.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native fluency in both Farsi and English with excellent listening and speaking abilities.
• Proven interpreting experience, especially in medical, legal, or business settings.
• Strong knowledge of interpreter ethics, confidentiality standards, and cultural competency.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure and meet performance targets related to quality and customer satisfaction.
