Telesales Specialist

About the role

DNA Clinic is seeking a communicative, sales‑oriented and responsible Telesales Specialist to engage potential patients, explain clinic services and guide them toward treatment.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential patients via phone and messaging.
• Identify patient needs and provide detailed information about services.
• Present the advantages of the clinic’s treatments and services.
• Direct interested patients toward the treatment process and manage the sales cycle.
• Maintain ongoing communication with patients and track inquiries.
• Record patient information and conversation outcomes in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Fluent communication in Turkish.
• Strong communication and sales abilities.
• Comfortable expressing oneself in phone and written communication.
• Result‑ and sales‑oriented mindset.
• Responsible and systematic work approach.
• Experience in sales, telesales or customer service is a plus.
