Corporate Travel Operations Specialist

About the role

Roundtrip is seeking a detail‑oriented Corporate Travel Operations Specialist to manage end‑to‑end travel arrangements for premium corporate accounts and VIP travelers. You will act as the primary liaison for B2B partners, ensuring seamless travel experiences worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for corporate accounts and VIP travelers, handling complex requests via email, phone, chat, or CRM.
• Provide expert travel consulting, offering tailored solutions for flights, hotels, transfers, and premium services.
• Book travel services using Roundtrip’s online platform and coordinate offline arrangements with global suppliers.
• Negotiate rates and terms with hotels, airlines, DMCs, and other service partners.
• Manage the full booking lifecycle, including confirmations, payments (virtual card processing), vouchers, changes, cancellations, and refunds.
• Collaborate with Online Support, Finance, Product, Sales, and Account Management to maintain operational excellence.
• Monitor performance against SLAs, resolve operational issues, and proactively escalate incidents.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate or premium travel management (TMC, DMC, high‑touch operations).
• Strong knowledge of hotel and airline operations and global destinations.
• Upper‑intermediate proficiency in English and Italian.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with demanding corporate clients.
• Exceptional organizational ability to handle multiple complex requests accurately.
