Bilingual Dispatcher (Uzbek & English)

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Bilingual Dispatcher fluent in Uzbek and English to coordinate daily operations, manage schedules, and ensure smooth communication between clients, drivers, and internal teams. The role requires strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch drivers or service personnel according to schedules and client requirements.
• Communicate clearly in both Uzbek and English to relay instructions, updates, and route information.
• Monitor ongoing operations to ensure timely service delivery and resolve logistical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, schedules, and client communications.
• Provide real‑time support and updates to management and field teams.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages professionally and efficiently.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on dispatch performance and service outcomes.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and resource allocation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in dispatching, coordination, or customer service.
• Fluency in both Uzbek and English (spoken and written).
• Strong organizational, time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with dispatch management software.
