About the role

The Warranty Department Specialist will manage warranty documentation, coordinate with customers and official dealers, and support technical inspections of vehicles. This position combines administrative, translation, and hands‑on technical tasks within an automotive service environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and archive warranty-related documents.
• Translate, draft, and analyze warranty texts in foreign languages.
• Conduct technical vehicle inspections and video recordings together with senior technicians.
• Organize, count, and dispose of spare parts in the warehouse.
• Communicate with customers regarding warranty issues.
• Liaise with official dealers, record and execute all warranty‑related work.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• Proficiency in English and Russian.
• Advanced computer user.
• Strong punctuality and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proactive, decisive, creative, and goal‑oriented team player.
• Responsible, capable of independent decision‑making and effective communication.
• Analytical mindset with ability to provide recommendations.
