About the role

The company is looking for a Construction Engineer to lead repair and construction activities within the Technical Support Department. The role involves supervising site preparation, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring that all works meet quality standards and approved project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the preparation of construction sites and repair works, providing necessary instructions.
• Ensure accurate reporting of all construction and repair activities.
• Participate in the planning and coordination of subcontractors and sub‑subcontractors.
• Monitor the execution of works to guarantee compliance with approved designs and quality standards.
• Calculate material, equipment, and labor requirements for repair projects.
• Prepare and maintain activity logs, journals, and acceptance documents.
• Assist in the final acceptance of completed construction‑installation works.
• Track progress of local and foreign contractor projects and compile detailed reports.

Required profile

• Fluent Azerbaijani; knowledge of English and Russian is desirable.
• Higher technical education, preferably in construction engineering.
• Minimum three years of experience as an engineer in the repair‑construction sector.
• Familiarity with relevant legislation, standards, and construction regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to work with AutoCAD.
• Experience using Autodesk Civil 3D.
