System Administration (Windows) Instructor

About the role

The System Administration (Windows) Instructor will design and deliver structured lessons on Windows system administration to learners of varying skill levels. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Baku and involves planning course content, preparing training materials, and teaching both theory and hands‑on lab exercises.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver Windows system administration curriculum for multiple skill levels.
• Plan course content, create training materials, and prepare lab environments.
• Teach theoretical concepts and supervise practical, hands‑on exercises in a lab setting.
• Guide learners through installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows systems and servers.
• Cover core troubleshooting techniques and security best practices.
• Conduct interactive classes, monitor student progress, and provide constructive feedback.
• Support learners in preparing for relevant certification exams.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge and practical experience in Windows system and server administration.
• Ability to perform effective troubleshooting and deliver technical support in classroom and lab environments.
• Understanding of Linux system administration concepts is an advantage.
• Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or delivering technical training with clear communication skills.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA) are highly beneficial.
• Proven ability to design practical lab exercises and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning needs.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and willingness to work on‑site full‑time.
