About the role

The specialist will support the bank’s strategic objectives by conducting in‑depth analytical work, measuring the impact of initiatives, and ensuring that projects align with the overall strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Perform analytical analyses that align with the bank’s strategic goals.
• Evaluate completed projects and milestones, measuring their effectiveness.
• Prepare and present analytical reports on project outcomes.
• Analyze the alignment of implemented initiatives with strategic objectives.
• Develop, monitor, and automate KPIs and metrics for strategic initiatives.
• Provide methodological and analytical support during strategic planning and internal initiatives.
• Assist in creating frameworks and approaches for measuring strategic goals.
• Explore and improve data‑base usage for analytical purposes, including automation opportunities.
• Visualize data and produce structured reports.

Required profile

• Higher education in economics (foreign degree or international certifications preferred).
• Proficiency in English (mandatory) and Russian (desired).
• Strong data‑driven analysis, problem‑solving and research abilities.
• Excellent analytical thinking and analytical skills.
• High communication, time‑management and teamwork capabilities.

• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced use of Microsoft PowerPoint.
