Solution Engineer

About the role

Intetics Inc. is looking for a Solution Engineer to act as the technical bridge between customers and our platform. You will guide customers through onboarding, configuration, and ongoing support to ensure they achieve maximum value.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, translating needs into clear technical solutions and escalating issues when necessary.
• Configure new customer accounts, set up data connections, validate integrations and expand existing setups as requirements evolve.
• Collaborate with sales to convert requirements into technical configurations and conduct discovery sessions to map workflows.
• Troubleshoot technical problems, work with engineering teams to resolve issues, and contribute to internal and customer‑facing documentation.

Required profile

• 3+ years in a customer‑facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management or Implementation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously and a customer‑first mindset.
