Senior Financial Data Analyst / FP&A Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Financial Data Analyst / FP&A Business Partner to help leadership understand profitability, margins, cash flow and make data‑driven decisions. You will collaborate with founders, finance, product, operations and business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and improve executive dashboards covering revenue, profit, margins, COGS, OpEx, refunds, payouts, cash flow and key metrics.
• Analyze profitability across products, customers, providers, geographies, channels, lead sources and operational workflows.
• Create P&L, gross margin, contribution margin, unit‑economics models, forecasts and scenario analyses.
• Identify cost leaks, overspending, inefficient vendors, payment issues and margin risks.
• Partner with finance, accounting, product, operations, sales and marketing to link business activity with financial outcomes.
• Reconcile business data with invoices, payouts, payment systems, taxes and accounting records.
• Present clear recommendations to founders and senior leadership on pricing, cost optimisation, product profitability, hiring and growth decisions.

Required profile

• 6‑8+ years of experience in financial analytics, FP&A, data or business analytics.
• Strong experience with financial modelling, P&L analysis, unit economics, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Expert‑level SQL and hands‑on experience with BigQuery.
• Proficiency with Looker, Power BI, Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for modelling, reporting and scenario analysis.
• Clear English communication, able to explain financial insights to non‑finance stakeholders.
