Senior Electrical Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Electrical Designer to join our Baku team, delivering safe and cost‑effective engineering solutions for clients in the energy sector. The role involves working on new and existing projects, both conventional and renewable, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create and check engineering designs.
• Ensure electrical designs meet project requirements.
• Contribute to project plans and identify areas of concern.
• Produce cost‑effective solutions that are fit for purpose and add value.
• Address operational and maintenance issues and liaise with colleagues for optimal solutions.
• Undertake on‑shore and offshore surveys (optional).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Previous experience in detailed electrical design with awareness of other disciplines.
• Competency and interest in using AutoDesk design products.
• Strong teamwork, initiative and customer‑focused attitude.
• Coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Working proficiency in Azerbaijani and English.
