Senior Copywriter

About the role

We are looking for a senior‑level copywriter who can shape brand narrative across every touchpoint. You will act as the editorial backbone, turning strategic concepts into high‑impact copy that drives conversion and reinforces brand identity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop brand architecture and voice‑and‑tone matrices for new launches and rebranding projects.
• Lead big‑idea campaign ideation aligned with marketing OKRs and commercial targets.
• Write and polish copy for TV commercials, video scripts, radio spots, OOH, digital ads, landing pages, and CRM/SMS campaigns.
• Create conversion‑focused UX copy for websites, apps, e‑commerce, and performance email.
• Oversee pre‑production, shoots, and post‑production to ensure script fidelity and visual harmony.
• Integrate AI generative tools (LLMs, prompt engineering, content‑optimization models) to accelerate ideation and scale variations.
• Maintain editorial quality, legal compliance, and cultural relevance across all content.
• Mentor junior copywriters, manage task delegation, and uphold creative standards.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to run A/B tests and refine messaging based on real‑time data.

Required profile

• 5+ years of copywriting experience in an agency, fast‑paced retail, or high‑growth tech environment.
• Native or bilingual English proficiency with exceptional proofreading and narrative skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating big‑idea campaigns, TV/video scripts, OOH copy, and high‑converting digital work.
• Deep understanding of consumer psychology, funnel optimization, and conversion‑centered design.
