Remote Clinical Trial Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for remote Clinical Trial Support Specialists to join Angel City VA’s virtual research support platform. The role is open to candidates with 2‑3 years of experience in medical or biopharmaceutical environments, who have current Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and HIPAA training. Specialists will work with independent research sites, sponsors and CROs to keep clinical studies progressing.

Key responsibilities

• Provide patient education and engagement, guiding participants through study procedures and visit expectations.
• Support the informed‑consent process and implement patient retention initiatives.
• Assist with regulatory documentation and compliance activities.
• Contribute to study operations, finance, administration and sponsor‑relation tasks as needed.
• Serve as a remote point of contact for clinical sites across multiple geographic regions.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in clinical research, medical, or biopharmaceutical settings.
• Current GCP and HIPAA training.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Willingness to provide three professional references and undergo background checks.

Required skills

• Good Clinical Practice (GCP) knowledge.
• HIPAA compliance understanding.
