Project-based Accountant for ERP Migration

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join a one‑year, project‑based assignment focused on migrating our financial processes to a new ERP system. You will ensure data integrity, support system integration, and help automate reporting while working closely with internal teams and the ERP implementation partner.

Key responsibilities

• Handle supplier settlements in 1C:8.3 and the new ERP, including revenue reconciliation, invoice creation, and payment status updates.
• Maintain settlement data in Google Sheets, track hotelier banking details, and work within internal extranet and CRM systems.
• Manage virtual credit cards: reconcile issued cards, issue or delete cards as needed, and keep an up‑to‑date registry.
• Respond to hotelier requests via chat and email, provide required documents, and process payment adjustments.
• Perform additional accounting tasks assigned by the manager, such as document adjustments and reporting support.

Required profile

• Higher education in Economics or Finance.
• At least 2 years of experience as an Accountant or Junior Accountant.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher; Russian at C1 level.
• Knowledge of 1C and ERP finance programs.

Required skills

• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets.
• Experience with 1C accounting software.
• Familiarity with ERP finance systems.
