Product Designer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI‑driven platform for short‑term rental operators. We are looking for a highly ambitious UX/UI Product Designer to turn complex operational workflows into simple, beautiful experiences. You will work directly with the founders and engineers to shape every touchpoint of the product.

Key responsibilities

• Design dashboards and workflows for reservations, properties, guest communications, cleaning, maintenance and finance.
• Create AI interaction interfaces that let users configure agents, understand decisions and intervene when needed.
• Develop onboarding flows that help operators connect channels, add properties and start using the platform quickly.
• Craft booking and guest journey experiences, including check‑in, extensions and upsells.
• Build and maintain a design system with reusable components and consistent interaction patterns.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating both UX thinking and high‑quality visual design.
• Experience designing SaaS products, dashboards, or applications with complex workflows.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with engineers from concept to production.
• High ownership, attention to detail and comfort working in an evolving, fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Figma – advanced proficiency with auto‑layout, components and interactive prototyping.
• Use of AI‑assisted design tools to accelerate exploration while maintaining design standards.
