Procurement Specialist – Gadabay

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist to lead daily purchasing activities and ensure a smooth flow of materials and services for our production operations in Gadabay. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and proactive supplier management.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare purchase requests, source suppliers, and issue purchase orders.
• Negotiate commercial terms, obtain quotations, and compare prices.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Logistics, and Quality to guarantee timely material availability.
• Process procurement requests, monitor order status, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Assist the Project Manager with quarterly forecasts for consumables and services.
• Work with Accounting to ensure correct invoice processing and timely payments.
• Investigate and resolve delivery delays, quantity discrepancies, and quality issues.
• Track supplier performance and generate weekly procurement reports.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and keep records up‑to‑date in ERP systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of procurement experience, preferably in mining, manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Strong negotiation, supplier management and contract administration abilities.
• Fluent English; Russian knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, shift‑based environment.
