Outgoing Manager (International Tourism Specialist)

About the role

The Outgoing Manager will develop and sell tourism products, ensuring client needs are met and maintaining strong relationships with partners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify client needs and propose suitable tourism products.
• Respond to client inquiries within company standards.
• Establish and maintain relationships with foreign and local partners, handling business correspondence and comparative offer analysis.
• Support visa documentation preparation.
• Create new tourism products aligned with season and market demand.
• Monitor timely delivery of payments and documents (vouchers, tickets, insurance).
• Maintain post‑travel client contact, resolve complaints and issues.
• Prepare sales reports and manage the customer database (CRM).

Required profile

• Higher education, preferably in tourism.
• 1–2 years experience in outgoing tourism.
• Proficiency in at least one foreign language (English or Russian).
• Strong computer skills (MS Office) and experience with reservation systems.
• Excellent business communication, responsibility and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under stress and in a team.
• Willingness to continuously learn and develop.

• Salary: 800–1200 AZN (depending on experience) plus sales commission.
• Full‑time permanent contract with official employment.
• Work schedule: Monday‑Friday, 10:00‑17:00.
