Operator (Azvul Zavodu)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Operator to lead our sales activities in Baku. You will be responsible for shaping and executing sales strategies that align with the company’s overall goals, while driving team performance and expanding our customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement Baku‑specific sales plans in line with the corporate strategy.
• Set product sales targets, monitor performance indicators and adjust tactics as needed.
• Lead, coach and supervise the local sales representatives.
• Organise training and mentorship programmes to boost the professional growth of the sales team.
• Analyse customer needs, propose tailored solutions and identify new prospects.
• Gather competitive intelligence and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports for senior management.
• Visit assigned sales points regularly to ensure process compliance.
• Conduct face‑to‑face meetings with clients and internal teams.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales or sales management.
• Proven ability to design and execute sales strategies.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
• Problem‑solving mindset and decisive decision‑making.
• Willingness to travel and work in an intensive schedule.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
