Mission Support & Enablement Manager

About the role

Vantor, a provider of spatial intelligence, is looking for an experienced Mission Support & Enablement Manager to act as a senior, in-country customer-facing representative in the Middle East/Caucasus region. The role works directly with government stakeholders to help them deploy, adopt and use advanced space-based and geospatial intelligence capabilities. It is not purely technical support: the manager is the main bridge between customers, Vantor program leadership, technical teams, product specialists and subject matter experts.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary in-country Vantor representative and trusted advisor to customer leadership, analysts, operators and mission stakeholders, and mentor customer personnel.
• Translate customer mission requirements and operational challenges into actionable requirements for technical, product and program teams, and identify ways to improve workflows and adoption.
• Manage day-to-day execution of in-country mission support, including program plans, milestones, risks, deliverables and regular updates to leadership.
• Support the integration of satellite imagery, GEOINT, tasking, analytics and other spatial intelligence into customer workflows.
• Help customers understand and use EO and SAR imagery, and assist in developing collection strategies.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, run engagement and review meetings, and feed customer feedback back to Vantor.

Required profile

• Significant experience in program management, mission management, operations or customer-facing delivery, preferably with government, defense, intelligence, aerospace or national security customers.
• Experience managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders and working independently with limited supervision.
• Working knowledge of satellite imagery collection and tasking, and of intelligence workflows (collection, analysis, planning, dissemination).
• Proven experience with senior government, military, intelligence or defense customers.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Willingness to live and work in the Middle East/Caucasus region and travel internationally as required.

Preferred qualifications

• Prior military, intelligence community, defense, aerospace or national-security experience.
• Knowledge of GEOINT, IMINT, remote sensing and collection management, and of EO and SAR imagery.
• Familiarity with GIS tools such as ArcGIS or QGIS.
• International program experience in the region, and an understanding of regional defense and security environments.
• Graduate degree, PMP or equivalent certification, or relevant military/professional education.
