Merchandiser

About the role

The Merchandiser will work on‑site in assigned retail locations, ensuring that the company’s products are properly displayed, stocked, and promoted. This role requires close interaction with customers and store staff to maintain brand standards and drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Be present at the designated store during assigned work days and hours.
• Ensure company products are available in the correct categories and displayed according to visual standards.
• Monitor shelf life, recommended pricing, and product arrangement, making adjustments when non‑compliance is detected.
• Inform customers about scheduled promotions and campaigns.
• Assist in resolving discrepancies between customer accounts and company records, providing clear explanations.
• Report any store changes or incidents to the appropriate supervisory entity immediately.
• Guarantee adherence to contract terms between the company and customers, and report any violations promptly.
• Carry out additional tasks assigned by management.

• Knowledge of product display techniques at the point of sale.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to adapt to a changing work environment.
• Compliance with internal discipline and safety rules.
• Confidence and creativity in presenting merchandise.
