Independent Financial Advisor (Remote)

About the role

deVere Group is seeking a full‑time Remote Independent Financial Advisor to deliver personalized, high‑quality financial advice to an international client base. You will help clients navigate investments, savings, retirement, insurance, and digital assets while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations to assess financial needs, risk tolerance, and objectives.
• Develop, present, and adjust comprehensive financial plans and investment strategies.
• Recommend suitable products, including international savings, bonds, pensions, insurance, and digital assets.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships, monitor portfolios, and adapt strategies to market changes.
• Ensure all advice meets regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Participate in business development activities such as networking, prospecting, and collaborating with internal teams to acquire and retain clients.

Required profile

• Strong background in financial planning, advisory, finance, investments, and retirement planning.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA) and a degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proven analytical, problem‑solving, and ethical decision‑making skills.
• Experience in wealth management, insurance, or cross‑border financial planning; multilingual abilities are a plus.
