Housing Specialist

About the role

EAS is looking for a detail‑oriented Housing Specialist to join its procurement team. The role focuses on arranging and managing accommodation for international employees, ensuring a smooth relocation experience while supporting the broader procurement function.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and secure suitable apartments based on employee needs and company standards.
• Coordinate viewings, lease negotiations, and signing of rental agreements.
• Organise check‑in and check‑out processes, including utility setup and hand‑over documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of properties, contracts, payments, and related documents.
• Monitor property condition, arrange maintenance, and resolve housing‑related issues promptly.
• Process utility payments and other housing expenses as required.
• Ensure all accommodation arrangements comply with company policies and local regulations.
• Provide ongoing support for any housing queries from employees, landlords, or agents.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Previous experience in housing, property management, accommodation coordination, or related procurement activities.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and Azerbaijani; Russian is a plus.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team, handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with Baku’s residential rental market is advantageous.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem‑solving capabilities.
