Executive Support Trainee

About the role

We are looking for an Executive Support Trainee to join the Operations and Executive Support Team at Boston Consulting Group. In this full‑time position you will provide general and administrative assistance, support senior colleagues, manage agendas and coordinate travel, while ensuring high standards of confidentiality and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Provide general and administrative support for the Operations and Executive Support Team.
• Manage and maintain agendas and calendars for senior staff.
• Coordinate point‑to‑point travel arrangements, including flights, hotels and ground transport.
• Organise and schedule internal meetings, reserve conference rooms and arrange catering.
• Prepare weekly timesheets and expense reports.
• Proofread documents for errors, consistency and format according to BCG guidelines.
• Maintain the highest levels of internal and external confidentiality.

Required profile

• University degree (completed or ongoing) or equivalent work experience.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in Azerbaijani, Russian and English.
• Full‑time availability (40 hours per week) and reliable, goal‑oriented work ethic.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and a cooperative team approach.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
