Event Coordinator Intern

About the role

We look for curious, thoughtful and responsible people who enjoy exploring new places, spending time outdoors and bringing people together. If you love discovering hiking trails, going for casual runs, cycling or scooter rides, and sharing your hobbies with others, we’d love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities

• Help plan and coordinate outdoor activities, social gatherings and creative workshops.
• Discover interesting routes, parks, locations and hobbies for shared experiences.
• Suggest event ideas inspired by nature, active living and your own interests.
• Organize schedules, registrations, participant communication and event materials.
• Assist during events, support participants and collect feedback.

Required profile

• Curiosity about outdoor activities and enthusiasm for exploring new hobbies.
• Interest in hiking, walking, running, cycling or similar activities—no athletic experience required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong proficiency in English; Russian is an advantage.
• Clear communication skills and enjoyment of working with people.
• A responsible approach to participant comfort, inclusion and safety.
